Customer Returns & Refunds Policy
Our customer-friendly return policy ensures our customers are always delighted with their purchases:
- If you’re not absolutely delighted with your Barbara Hall Creations purchase, return your item(s) with no questions asked for a full refund to your original form of payment or an online credit in the same amount as original purchase inclusive of VAT within 30 days of purchase.
- After 30 days you will receive an online credit for the same amount of your original purchase inclusive of VAT! Original shipping charges if any will not be refunded.
- Return shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn items (unless faulty) in resalable condition. Items must be accompanied with original proof of purchase.
- Sale Items are non-refundable unless faulty and will need to be returned in their original packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase

Our customer-friendly return policy ensures our customers are always delighted with their purchases that is why we offer a 90 day guarantee.
- After 30 days, but within 90 days of the original ship date, we are happy to assist you with any items that did not meet your satisfaction.
- Replacements and Exchanges for items of same value are available for 90 days. If your replacement item(s) are more than the cost of your original purchase you are only responsible for the additional amount once credit is applied.
